Manager 💼

We are looking for an individual who can work during the school holiday period for all or at least 3 days a week.

Deputy Setting Manager Contract: (Fixed Term Time) Up to 52.5 hrs per week during school holidays if desired.

NB: We also have a casual contract available too

Deputy Settings Managers: £11.50 - £13.00 per hour

*Your pay rates will depend on your experience and qualifications

School holiday - club operational hours: 8.15am - 6.15pm - Monday-Friday

About Us

The Adventure

Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders (parents, school & children).

Our Setting Managers are often the voice of our clubs and are encouraged to use their experience and qualifications alongside our policies and procedures to create a stimulating environment for children to enjoy.

If you are applying for one of our managerial roles, we do ask that you have previously led a team and that you have the relevant qualifications or experience in childcare.

Our Deputy Settings Managers will ideally have a level 3 Childcare qualification or relevant experience of working with Primary School children aged 4-11 years.

We know that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, and some of the qualifications we always keep our eyes peeled for are:

  • Level 3 Sport Coaching / Childcare or Play work qualification or relevant experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Paediatric first aid would be beneficial but not essential

 

Our team members are all DBS checked as we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in our care, this means you will need to be at least 17 years old.
